Sales on prints, cards, and linens are refundable if they arrive damaged. Please email me if you have concerns. I want to be as helpful to you as possible. All sales on custom work are final because I put time and love into each one. I understand that sometimes life can get messy and emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your portrait order, I will refund you 50% if you notify me within one week of the purchase. If your package comes damaged or is lost entirely, that's a different story. However, I always insure custom art packages at my own cost and have never had an issue.
